Description
WITT SMM 200 is a mobile monitoring system which is able to identify the precise position of a hollow position of railway.
Up to 5 sensors can be connected to „SMM 200“, which will be hold directly onto the railway. After turning the devices on it will be ready to use and will wait for the next train passing.
The threshold setting will be monitored as max. lowering in vertical direction.
By switching the devices on, it will show you all max. lowering since the last switching-on on the LCD-Monitor.
By pushing the „reset“-button, you are able to rest the display to zero. All data will be automatically saved intern and can be copied onto a USB-stick in order to evaluated them.

The device will calculate based on the pontentiometric voltage value the way with a resolution of 0,1 mm (intern 0,01 mm).
The base of the senor will be a 40 cm long gouge, which will be placed onto the roadbed. Due to the single-button-controll the base of the senor can be easily put on the threshold.
Each of the max. 5 senor can be individually calibrated and is due to the plug-in connection unmistakable.
The standard length of cable will be 4m. On demand are different length of cable possible.
