The special thing about WITT products is that we do not have them manufactured by third parties, but can do this ourselves in our own modern factory. The advantage of this production is that everything comes from a single source with a high degree of flexibility for customised variants.
We manufacture individual items or small series for DC applications such as DC railways (suburban railways, underground railways and trams), wind power, solar systems and battery buffer systems as individually as your requirements.
Typical tasks are :
- Products approved by the Federal Railway Authority such as earthing short-circuit systems or voltage monitoring devices
- Customised measuring and testing equipment for quality assurance for medium and high-performance switches
- Small series production of customised measuring equipment
- Special assemblies and test equipment
Handmade in Germany and grown by the high demands of our customers, the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 of the existing production processes is one of our company goals.
Communicating the current status of standards and working methods is the basis for quality that goes far beyond the legal requirements. This is achieved in particular through regular and systematic training of all employees involved in the process.
We have invested heavily in the digitalisation of our company processes in order to ensure the production of individual items that meet our customers’ high quality standards.
In addition to the standard systems such as ERP, DMS and CMS, we have a test machine with 128 channels with reference measuring cards (National Instruments) and signal generators, which covers a large part of even very complex tests.
Only a few companies of our size have such technological equipment and use it successfully.
