Substitution is used in mathematics to replace one term with another, with the aim of converting the original term into a standard form that is easy to solve. The substitution cannot be used always and everywhere and this preferably only by a qualified user.
Substitution is not a simple question
It is not always worthwhile, or the funds are sufficient, to refurbish or modernize an entire system. Especially if everything works “well” but only one component is outdated and no longer available on the market or the measurement data available on this system is needed in the SCADA system.

Measuring platform short project times
With our system platform Witt-Bridge we are able to realize different measurement and test tasks “out of the box” on finished modules, which then only become your new substitution component with specific adaptations or functionalities. Since neither you nor we like to test on production systems, we have a test environment that allows us to test the system in such an environment where it will be used later. This is done by electrical simulation, which qualifies the system for its later environment up to 98%. With this test field we also test our EBA approved products.
Quality is not a coincidence
Only after a successful qualification the system will be used by “back substitution” at your site and finally systematically tested and handed over to the new task.
