Our analogue measurement technology relies on tried-and-tested, industry-standard technology and generally requires no auxiliary power supply – a clear unique selling point that enables it to be used even at sites without a fixed power supply. The WITT-Bridge product range, on the other hand, combines analogue and digital technology: it carries out measurement and control autonomously, signals the results via potential-free contacts and also makes the measured values available to third-party systems – Traction Power 4.0

Both product ranges are based on a modular design principle – standardised basic functions that can be expanded to include additional measurement channels and sensors. This makes bespoke solutions affordable without the need for a completely new development every time. At our own manufacturing facility in Brandenburg, we combine efficient processes with state-of-the-art production and testing technology – from electromechanical engineering through to commissioning using a digital twin, backed up by a 128-channel automated test system and processes that will soon be certified to ISO 9001. This enables us to produce both one-off items and small batches cost-effectively.

With patent 10 2016 215 769, which relates to the elimination of a potential difference between earth connections or earthing systems in a rail network (earth short-circuit systems, ESC), and around 500 products already delivered that are based on this patent, we have demonstrated our engineering expertise in practice.
