Visit us at InnoTrans 2026 and see for yourself how WITT-Bridge components are used to create a customised TVM system: the WB-VLDM module continuously monitors surge arresters and voltage limiters in accordance with EN 50122 and EN 50526-2, whilst the WB-AP battery pack ensures autonomous operation even without a fixed mains connection – optionally supplemented by solar power or a direct connection to the traction voltage. We’ll be on site to demonstrate the actual system solution and answer any questions you may have regarding the customised configuration for your installation.

TVM-System: System solutions for traction power technology

The WITT TVM system monitors the track voltage in both directions of travel using a single, factory-preconfigured unit – housed in a compact V2A stainless steel casing, designed for installation in underground railway tunnels.
Instead of installing two separate monitoring devices, the WITT TVM system allows you to install a single, highly compact unit that monitors and reports on both directions of travel simultaneously. Inside, up to two tried-and-tested WITT TVM voltage monitors (voltage relay switches) operate, securely separated from one another by highly insulating zones. The robust V2A stainless steel housing can withstand even severe external impacts – such as rockfall or vandalism in the tunnel. The system is supplied ready for operation and pre-configured at the factory: no kit, no on-site parameterisation, but a ready-to-use solution for easy installation.

Reliably measuring and recording operating voltage over long periods of time

How the WITT FSMP system can be used to continuously record track voltage over weeks and months – either as a cabinet mounted directly on the mast or as a simple measuring setup in the points cabinet, with automatic battery monitoring and remote transmission of measurement data.
