The WITT WB-CM3 monitors the insulation between the shield or conductor and an earthing point and signals the event via potential-free signaling contacts. Measurement data can also be transferred to third-party systems.

The fully analog CM200 is used to detect changes between two potentials. A typical application is monitoring shields for insulation faults or interruptions.
The operating status is indicated by LEDs or potential-free signal contacts. The CM 200 operates without auxiliary power.

The WITT WB-CM 7 monitors the insulation between the conductor and the shield, and between the shield and an earth point, such as water or track earth. It detects the location of the fault and reports the event to third-party systems via a log.

The WB-CM4 continuously monitors power cables and return conductors in high-voltage direct current systems up to 1,500 V DC and detects insulation faults and shield breaks at an early stage – before they lead to operational downtime or safety risks. It measures the resistance between the conductor and the shield, as well as between the shield and earth, monitors both for breaks and reports faults via potential-free relay contacts. With the option to add an additional measurement channel (WB-CM41) as well as sensors for temperature, humidity and motion, the system is suitable for light rail systems, charging infrastructure, battery buffer systems and solar installations.

The WITT-TVM traction voltage relay provides analogue monitoring of the traction voltage in traction power supply systems up to 1,500 V DC and reliably indicates whether a system is de-energised before parts are connected or work is carried out in live areas – for example, during maintenance work or in an emergency. It operates without an external auxiliary voltage, drawing its power from the measured voltage itself, and is supplied with up to eleven threshold parameters configured to the customer’s specifications at the factory – this is not a standard off-the-shelf product. Two separate, potential-free changeover contacts indicate when the voltage is above or below the set threshold separately; the compact DIN rail housing (IP20) can be integrated into any control cabinet.
