You don’t want to work on an assembly line; you’re looking for a varied role. In our workshop, we produce individual items and small batches. To this end, we have set up four workstations specialising in the following areas:
- Mechanical manufacturing: drilling, bending, cutting, etc.
- Electromechanics: – Wiring of electrical assemblies right through to the control cabinet
- Manufacture of measurement components: This is where printed circuit boards are soldered and measurement assemblies are manufactured.
- EOL (End of Line): The systems and devices are tested during the end-of-line test.
- Dispatch: Packing and dispatch
Production is supported by production documentation, in which the work steps are illustrated in drawings, images and checklists. This ensures that products can be manufactured exactly as the customer requires.
A modern planning and documentation tool is used for management purposes, in which the work steps and status are transparent to everyone.
As part of our quality assurance process, we operate on the dual-control principle and practise job rotation, so that you can gain an insight into many different areas and develop personally.
